This learning path has been designed to support your onboarding journey at HADEED. It will guide you step by step through the essential knowledge, tools, and resources you need during your first stage in the company.
You will begin with orientation, platform guidance, and an introduction to steeluniversity. Then, you will continue with steel fundamentals, safety, and selected steelmaking process topics.
The courses and activities are organized to help you progress in a structured way, manage your time effectively, and avoid information overload. Please follow the lessons in the suggested order, check your progress regularly, and complete each activity.
By the end of this learning path, you will complete a short final exam and survey. After successful completion, you will receive a HADEED Onboarding Learning Path Completion Certificate.
